Krishna Shenoy★★★★Consistently good coffee and a much better drive-thru experience today. Service was quick and smooth, unlike my last visit where I ended up waiting close to 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. Also tried the herb and garlic pastry this time and it was actually really tasty. Glad to see the service speed improved today. Hoping the long wait from the previous visit was just a one-off.

Also got the wrong order when I asked the lady said you asked for it right with a very inappropriate expression on her face. I have worked in customer service too but the one they are doing is not customer service as per my knowledge. You are making food for the people they will have to eat it kindly add some good vibes in it not this shitty behaviour. Thankyou very much
Pardeep Shergill★Worst experience ever at this Tim Hortons. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru for one small coffee is completely unacceptable. The staff acted like they didn’t care at all. When I asked why the wait was so long, I was ignored with attitude instead of getting a simple explanation. Extremely rude and unprofessional service. If employees hate serving customers this much, they should not be working there. Management seriously needs to replace or properly train the staff at this location.

I think most of your evening staff know us and also our order..as its much the same item. Off late this place is becoming a hub of folks who use this place for real nasty behavior. Many of these folks Sit there and Stare at other customers. There is another one who come and shout , scream and uses profanity. My wife and my kid no longer feel safe and comfortable to come there.
