Went for a pizza and a coffee. Tried using the restroom and walked into this. Mentioned it to the Tim's workers and they said its not their job. Pizza Pizza staff said the exact same thing but we're VERY rude about it and told me to leave. Would not recommend either of these locations.

the staff and customer service is very poor. The staff taking the order never asked if dine in or take out and billed me for take out and I was handed over takeout pouches. If I had to do a take out I would have done mobile order and done that what I would go to the counter? I had activated an offer before ordering in restaurant and it wasn’t applied. I had informed the counter staff before ordering. Later after paying I checked my receipt and advised the staff they said they can’t help as app decides on which offer to apply. I had a terrible experience at Tim Hortons location 1900 walkers Line, Burlington on January 29 at approximately 11:30 a.m. During my visit, there was clear signage indicating that merchandise items were 30% off. Based on this posted promotion, I selected a can of Hot Chocolate and proceeded to the cashier. The cashier indicated that she required a manager’s authorization to apply the discount. When the manager arrived, he refused to honour the advertised 30% discount, despite the signage clearly displaying the promotion. I have attached photos that show the 30% sale signage as proof.
