Major hygiene concern I was at here this evening to order coffee and a quencher. I wanted to add timbits, but I was disgusted to see a fly sitting on a cheese cake timbit in the display case — I’ve attached a photo. When I pointed it out to the staff member, she simply said “ok” and didn’t seem concerned or take any immediate action. The food they serve is amazing. Everything was so hot and so fresh tasting. The drinks were also so good and very well done. The service was OK not too bad, my drink was really fast took maybe 30 seconds. Although my food on the other hand, took around eight minutes but when I got it, it was really good. The atmosphere is OK, but I find the floors to be pretty dirty and all the tables we looked at had crumbs on. Overall, I would recommend coming here I think in my opinion the drive-through service is a lot better, but even if you go inside, it’s still good.

There seems to be a pattern of little to no cream cheese on a toasted bagel, this is the 4th time this has happened. Super disappointing. Tim Hortons used to have the best bagels but now I’ll likely go elsewhere.
