Absolutely terrible experience. The drink was poorly made and looked like it had been sitting there for hours — watery, separated, and completely unappetizing. It didn’t taste fresh at all, and the texture was off. For the price charged, this level of quality is unacceptable. On top of that, the service was careless and inattentive. No attention to detail, no effort to ensure customer satisfaction, and overall just a disappointing experience from start to finish. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting decent quality or professional service.

I bought a bagel Belt sandwich yesterday and they left a plastic bread clip in my sandwich. I almost choked on the thing. I thought about going back to the store but I was too angry to deal with it in a reasonable way at the time. Seems like there should be some protocol to prevent this from happening. What if I had choked on the thing. Do better Tim Hortons!

I LOVE this Tim Hortons!!!! Hubby and I come here a couple times a week. Sometimes they mess up our coffees, but that's okay!!! You give them a call and they will fix it no problem. No arguing or having to bring back coffee. They understand and remember the customers. I'm genuinely so pleased with this location.
