The taste of americano at this tim hortons is also very weak. It's very different from other branches. I explained it to the manager, but She didn't admit that it couldn't taste any different because it was made by a machine, and today I ordered decaf coffee and it's completely watery like in the video. How do they manage it like this? It's close to home, but I won't go anymore. I wonder why coffee tastes like water.

It was a complete breakdown in order accuracy, food safety, and basic accountability. From the very beginning, the order was wrong. My partner, who is **pregnant**, clearly ordered a **bacon BELT sandwich**. She was given a **sausage BELT** instead.
