This photo speaks for itself. No reason why any garbage can should look like that in a coffee shop, especially when the store was not busy. Also, the female supervisor/ manager was being extremely rude to the male employee— raising her voice and going back and forth with him in front of customers. Very unprofessional; nothing but a power trip. Big thank you to him for pushing through his shift, and still delivering amazing customer service even though you could visually tell he was upset.

Got egg shell pieces in my egg and cheese sandwich and it’s not the first time I don’t get a full cup of coffee. It feels like wasting money on this location now. Even after multiple kind reminder to give me the full beverage there large cup hold a medium volume only. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Had to throw away the sandwich cuz every bite had a hard shell piece in it and so tiny that you can’t even notice in the photo but still uploading what I could click.

53 million plus views on my Google reviews Level 9 expert google reviewer Stopped in for a coffee and the service was terrible. The cup I was handed wasn’t even full. Why give me a cup that’s like that ? I didn’t pay for a small coffee that was equivalent to a small because the cup was so far down .When I questioned it, the staff gave me attitude and made a stink about me “touching” the lid — yet she still took the same cup (which I had touched), went to the pot, and poured more coffee into it. Then she slapped another lid on top. So now what am I supposed to do with the first lid she would

Spent $17 on total bill of 4 items. Out of which the potato wedges were totally cold while the grilled cheese melt (photos attached) was made using microwave instead of grill. Worst service ever. Tried contacting Tim hortons complain support and they informed me that this restaurant’s gonna contact me for this issue which I’m still waiting since 2 weeks now.
