We ordered three bagels from the drive thru and asked for them to not be cut. After we drove away and opened the bag, we noticed that two of them were cut. The third bagel wasn’t cut, but when we opened it we were shocked to discover small pieces of bacon placed on the cream cheese? I am not even sure how that’s possible, however it’s a major concern for cross contamination (lots of people don’t eat bacon for personal or religious reasons or even allergies). I’m just glad we opened the bagel before taking a bite. We did call and speak to the manager who was very apologetic but there’s not much

atmosphere was pretty dirty; wrappers on tables, chairs not tucked in, wet floors, yada yada. service was fine, i got my donut right away as that’s all i ordered. the donut itself was cute but just tasted like donut.

do not go to this tims when its busy. i ordered 2 double doubles both in which did not have sugar, steeped tea was not steeped either it tastes like water with cream. also paid for 2 double stacked breakfast sandwiches and they gave us sausage only. theres a certain level of understanding when its busy, but getting the entire order wrong PLUS bad quality drinks is insane. paying better attention during rushes and actually getting orders correct is going to help you in the long run and people normally dont care about waiting a little bit longer and give grace about you being busy if the custome

Never get my order right, when they do its great Drive thru service is atrocious!! Half the time they don't hear me or something and I end up leaving with nothing because they have me repeat 4-5 times and they still don't get the right order in. If you want clean, friendly staff with good service I suggest a different location.
