I ordered a double cheeseburger, but it came out wrong. I went back to the worker and told her privately that my order was wrong. The correct order arrived, but it was very greasy. I called the same person, and she was surprised by how bad the product was. She told her manager, who made no effort beyond saying, “If you are not happy, I will refund your money.”

Busy location as expected. Ordered a filet o fish. Service was fast. Burger was satisfactory. It was warm and tasted fine but could use a bit more sauce. They got the order of the filling wrong. Cheese should be on the bottom bun, then fish, then sauce, then top bun.

Worst experience ever. I bought a 3 mcveggie burgers order for take out. It is absolutely rubbish. There’s no sauce, no lettuce, no onions, DESPITE PAYING EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING. There’s staff was rude from the beginning, and it wasn’t even that busy!!! I told them I am ready to pay extra, just don’t give me bland burgers like the previous other times that I have gotten. The manager apologised and told me that he’ll take care of it, and YET THIS IS WHAT I HAVE GOT??? This is an absolute waste of money.
