I called the same person, and she was surprised by how bad the product was. She told her manager, who made no effort beyond saying, “If you are not happy, I will refund your money.”

There’s staff was rude from the beginning, and it wasn’t even that busy!!! I told them I am ready to pay extra, just don’t give me bland burgers like the previous other times that I have gotten.
