Welcome to the Clay Hill mcdonald's! Whether you are a student in the area or a worker, please drive safe and try to be polite to people you meet! Recently this location was renovated, sadly they do not have one charger port for phones. I think it's kind of silly and appreciate the staff but come on!! I think it is quite peculiar in 2025 to sit down in a fast food restaurant and not be able to plug in and charge your device. However yum yum McDonald's! Either way don't steal hamburgers and try not to grimace just because you can't find a place to charge your phone. Get it grimace?! 😛🤗😇

Nicole and Rukman are the best as it comes. Very calm, friendly and respectful in there duties as a Tim Hortons representative. Other locations need to watch and learn from these 2 lovely employees who surpass there duties as a human and Tim Hortons employee. Its sad how bad customer service has become at any given Tim Hortons but this location, and these 2 individuals bring back the memories of what customer service once was.
