I’m really disappointed with my experience on Thursday the 19th. I ordered inside and got a pizza. I started eating it at home and found a piece of hair in my food. It was honestly disgusting and completely took away my appetite. I couldn’t finish it. I normally don’t have any issues at this Tim’s location, which is why this was especially disappointing. I’ve always found the service fine before, but food hygiene is a basic expectation. Finding hair in a meal raises concerns about cleanliness and proper food handling. I didn’t shop at Tim Hilton because the service is getting worse and worse. Today my son wanted to eat there again, so I went to drive through. Obviously, you guys don’t deserve a second chance! First of all, the order taker was very impatient, kept asking me is that all after every item even I told her it will be a big order at the beginning. Honestly, I kind of noticed that Tim Holton doesn’t like big orders. Cause every when I placed a big order, they started to give me an attitude. I had the opportunity to explore this Tim Hortons location when I was in the area after an appointment. This location was set up nicely if there was a lineup at a busy time. It also felt large and like one of the bigger ones I’ve been in. There were also lots of tables to sit at as well as a small area at the back with a fireplace that looked like it wasn’t working. It was not too busy at the time we were here thankfully because I hate trying to read the menu boards up high and are flipping every couple of seconds. On Sunday, May 24th, I visited this location and was the first in line with four other individuals. We waited approximately 10 minutes without any staff present at the register. During this time, six employees were managing the drive-through and preparing those orders. Eventually, we had to signal an employee to inquire about help at the till. After an additional wait, a staff member finally attended to us. It is worth noting that since the recent renovations, many beverage options have been removed, which was a regrettable change.
