Just got back from Beba, where we had a wonderful meal. We ordered a la carte, we enjoyed every dish, but our favorites were the fresh pasta with porcini and the guanciale cotto. Flavours are bold, execution is spot on, and I found the cuisine to be very generous. The service was excellent and we didn’t feel rushed at all which was lovely since we were celebrating a birthday and wanted to eat almost everything on the menu. Leave room for dessert, the pistachio semifredo and the olive oil cake were amazing! Only two slight negatives regarding food was that the bread crumbs on the salad were a little rancid and the tuna was maybe a little too cured (almost like cann
