My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Gusti for three days during our stay in Nice, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous. Everything was reasonably priced, offering great value for the quality. ​The service was excellent throughout our visits. We were especially impressed by one of the young waiters—we didn’t catch his name, but he was incredibly friendly and gave my husband and me a warm welcome every time. Nice restaurant and open before 7, which is a rarity. The service, prices, and location so were good… the food was not. All of us ordered a steak as our meal. It was the thinnest steak and covered in fat. Wouldn’t be an issue if the steak knives were sharp enough to cut. The steak had no flavor, nor did the risotto. The ratatouille was decent though, and everything did come out quickly. Overall the food is this restaurants downfall.
