The open space on the ground floor adds to the spacious feel, although it unfortunately suffers from cleanliness issues. A significant downside is the cleanliness, particularly concerning the tables and the open ground floor area. Tables are not consistently cleaned promptly after guests leave, which detracts from the overall experience and hygiene standards. Additionally, the open space on the ground floor is noticeably dusty and appears to be neglected in regular cleaning routines. Wherever we keep our hands or even sit, it's full of dust. Parking is a major challenge at this location. Finding a spot is very difficult, and it may require driving around 2-3 kilometers to secure parking. They got beautiful and cozy ambiance as always. Tables needs to be kept clean after a guest leaves which wasn’t followed. It’s very very difficult to find a car parking around this location. I had to roam around 2-3kms to find a parking for my car and later found one abt 500mts away from this place. Staff need to be trained to be lil friendly (one of them who served us).

He was actually preparing it for another customer, but watching the care, precision, and passion he put into making it convinced me to order the exact same thing. I have been coming to this outlet but the recent experience was just soooo poor! I ordered the hot chocolate because I’ve tried it earlier and I genuinely liked it, but now the taste was like the milk was super diluted with water and they have not made the hot chocolate at all! It felt like some random chocolate drink which was extremely watery. Some of the staff members are not very welcoming and look like they hate their job. I asked if they had change and coincidentally I did see that they have it, but he denied. And the main reason why I came here for the hot chocolate was extremely sad and just pathetic. I hope the concerned people see this and fix the hot chocolate of how it was earlier to maintain the consistency and quality. This was just a very sad experience here at Third wave lavell road.

Their toilet facility is worst than a government toilet. Shity and dirty to drains. Absolutely disgusting restroom. Poorly maintained, dirty, rusty fixtures, overflowing waste bins, and an overall unhygienic environment. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any establishment serving customers. Management seriously needs to prioritize cleanliness and basic hygiene standards. Disastrous management.
