My spouse and I stayed at The Roseate New Delhi on 1st June to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a romantic getaway.||Our stay was extremely comfortable, and the warm hospitality made it even more special. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Prachi, who went above and beyond to ensure that our anniversary stay was memorable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.||They greeted us with a very warm welcome with a tilak, and a bouquet of roses, and a welcome drink. And while leaving the property they gave us a beautiful picture of us as a memory. Which was extremely sweet of them. Thank you to the entire team at The Roseate for making our special day so wonderful. We look forward to visit again soon and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and romantic escape in Delhi.

Every staff I came across were outstanding. Delivered services with care and sincerity. Showed a lot of warmth and respect. |Raunak at front desk was wonderful, JoJo, manager at Spa was extremely attentive and welcoming, house-keepers Rajesh and Damodar Provided pristine service and never rushed their work. There are many names working at this venue whom I came across and honestly worthy of all the positive hospitality praise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Roseate in Delhi and I am compelled to share my experience, primarily because of the truly outstanding staff. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality extended to me was nothing short of exceptional.The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that the check-in process was seamless and efficient. Throughout my stay, every single staff member I encountered Sepcially Raunak —consistently went above and beyond to make me feel valued and comfortable. They always greeted me with a genuine smile and were eager to help with any request, no matter how small.Special recognition must go to Raunak at the front desk, who provided excellent local recommendations and always ensured I had everything I needed throughout the stay and was superbly assisting us for planning our day as well . Additionally, Agatha in the dining room offered incredibly attentive service, making sure my meals were tailored to my preferences with the utmost care.

The hotel looks awesome when you enter in terms of asthetics. Stayed for 3 nights and experience bad things as days passes by.|First of all staff behavior very cold not very welcoming. Also hotel getting old and lot of bad patches of colour in hotel. Rooms also getting dated.|Reception bathroom in a bad shape.|Only 6 chiars in reception and very dark at night.Cant sit and relax.|The luggage storage area at parking. So once check out very inconvenient if need luggage.|Asthetically superb, but not practical in real sense. A kid get fall down in evening on steps near restaurant due to holo portions of steps. |Overall not good experience as mainly hospitality is lacking!!
