This, a quitebigger pub is welcoming you with an inviting and warm atmosphere. The decoration is absolutely unique. It attracts a mixed crowd, predominantly older but with some younger faces too. With plenty of screens, it's a great spot to catch a game and chat with friends. Parking is a breeze, right across the road at the village castle car park. And the pints and beers? Top-notch. The staff is friendly. Will definitely be back.

Service is great, prompt & friendly. I got fish & chips. long skinny fish in a light batter . Chips are cut like celery & not to my liking. My partner got the roast beef ( fatty ) Good portion of beef , potatoes & vegetables.

The food was top quality, hot and plentiful. We had chicken wings, big portion, enough to share. And then the roast beef carvery. It was all cooked to perfection and reasonably priced for such good portions. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were there a little after 2pm on a Monday so it was very quiet.

Lovely food and a nice pint of Guinness, the staff are really nice 👍 they had a steak offer on the menu , 16oz Tbone or 8oz fillet for €20. Football on the tvs also, so no complaints 😉 2nd visit and once more no complaints, the staff were very nice and the food was lovely. Always a good atmosphere. 3rd visit. Another lovely family meal yesterday, again the food was lovely and the staff were very nice and helpful. There was a nice ballad session starting at 8 pm, which was great to hear. Thanks
