Classics like Fish&Chips, burgers or schnitzel won’t disappoint at all.. the beers are properly chilled and the staff is friendly and attentive. Exactly the sort of place you want after a long day wandering around Amsterdam :-) What more could you possibly need?

It’s a proper 'olde world' pub full of charm, and they even have Heineken 0.0 on draft! When the barrel ran out, the staff sorted it immediately and even brought the drinks over to our table. The team here actually remembers you—the customer service is just outstanding. It’s a great mix of locals and travelers of all ages. Such a pleasure, thanks so much! Next time I’m in Amsterdam, I’ll definitely be back.

The waiters were very kind, though and very sweet and helpful. It was just that the service was pretty sporadic and inconsistent. I had the schnitzel and it was delicious! We were so pleased with our food and thought it was all delicious. This was one of our favorite places we eat at in Amsterdam! I had never had Wienerschnitzel before and I thought it was delicious!
