One of the best dining experiences I’ve had not only in Maastricht but maybe ever. We came here for lunch without a reservation but there was no problem to get a table right away. The menu is extensive with plenty of choice and accommodation for dietary requirements. We ordered smaller dishes to start and marvelled the flavour bomb that each platter encapsulated. Honourable mention goes to the pork belly: the sauce I could’ve eaten alone with a spoon, the belly itself was perfectly tender but textured. Thank you again for the great hospitality and wonderful food + drinks & entertainment. It was a pleasure to enjoy Brandsøn with our Alumni Association. We were there for more than 20 people from the Benelux. Everyone really liked it and make me feel so proud of introducing them to here. Not mentioned of the communication with Brandsøn is really pleasant and supportive, which is not unusual in the restaurants in the Netherlands. So if anytime you are in Maastricht, the only choices for us will be Brandsøn❤️ Super highly recommended!!! 👍🏻
