Kay Bee★★★★If you go to Santiago Cathedra, you’ll notice outdoor seating to the left. You can dine in or dine out. The tables outside go quickly. Luckily, the host inside hooked us up and we were able to snag a coveted seat. We ordered the Basque-style cod (bacalao a la viscaina) and a side of bread. We sipped on an aperol spritz and a mojito while we people watched.
