I had an incredible solo dining experience here. I arrived without a reservation because i couldn't get through the number .Even though the restaurant was completely full, the staff was so kind and accommodating. Was craving some good steak, and Asado Central sent me over the moon. Servers are very welcoming, environment is comfy. Food is outstanding! The chicken empanadas were crispy and the filling was very generous. Steak tartare is a must - so deliciously seasoned and has a nice crunch from onions and peppers. All the meat served here is outstanding. Fairly priced and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended this place.

It's definitely a great place to have dinner. The staff are friendly and the service is great. Food is great! The meat is good. Not the softest ojo de bife I had in my life, but it was good. The creamy potato as a side was great, and the alfajor (with a scoop of vanilla ice cream) was incredible great! Would love to try all the desserts because they all seems to be delicious. Overall, a good experience. Not cheap but it worth a visit.

Great food. Laura was very accommodating, patient and super friendly since we didn’t speak any Spanish, but we figure it all out. Nice cozy place. Gaucha burger was yummy. Make sure to try the coleslaw with the burger.
