I’ve been coming to Lateral - Plaza de Santa Ana for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. What used to be a reliable spot in Plaza de Santa Ana has turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service was shockingly bad. The waiters were sarcastic, dismissive, and openly rude — as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere from the start. To make matters worse, the chicken tenders arrived raw inside. Completely undercooked. And given the attitude we had already received
