The location, right in front of the iconic Roman Aqueduct, is absolutely breathtaking and adds to the overall experience. The food was outstanding and truly showcased the rich culinary traditions of the region. We started off absolutely impressed by the truffle tortilla which had a deliciously savory flavor and devoured it. Since it was the start of the meal, we were very much looking to the main course. Unfortunately, this is where things fell absolutely flat. The cochinillo, which is supposedly the signature dish, was gamey and the skin was inedible.
