Visited Caffè Nero recently — here's my take. Overall quality: 7/10 Value for money: 7/10 Atmosphere: 6/10 Location / access: 9/10 Recommendation score: 7/10 Total: 36/50 Verdict: Worth trying, but not somewhere I'd regularly return to. Pretty much a standard Caffè Nero experience. Convenient location, decent coffee, and does what you'd expect from the chain without massively standing out one way or the other.

Whoever was working in the morning around 7-8, on the 29th of april. She was amazing. There was one of her and this big queue of people that just kept coming in and honestly it would have stressed me out so much. And she was very welcoming and very efficient. She deserves some kind of reward, or at least a co-worker!

Landed at bath spr station in a Hitachi 800, wanted to do the only Nero in bath that I not been before. Only had half an hour B4 the Dorchester train as this Nero was by the station should of been doable B4 the 5:30 pm train but open the door at Neros just B4 5 pm & a woman said we are closed, I said on the internets & the door 6:30 pm, she said we dont have enough staff, I said your here don't take 20 people to make a cup of coffee but she wouldn't have it, so I thought will get the train after the next train so went up the streets to the other Neros all of them would only do paper cups they

I am European and from hospitality management . I know very well coffee standard I have been with café Nero for years. I am a trained barista . A barista wearing a black t-shirt should be trained. unfortunately I have to explain how to make a simple macchiato The barista argue with me about the making of macchiato as it can be large . I am asked if I want milk in it?? While he was doing a double , I stopped him and said that I didn’t ask for double . It is happening now a few time .
