I liked this cafe Nero, the location is great, service quick, and coffee as all Nero’s are very good, but, the atmosphere needs better improvement especially organising the furniture, the cafe quite backed with sofas and chairs. I felt quite not comfortable many chairs and sofas around me, (too much), maybe better organising them can make more space. Otherwise, it is a cute cafe.

Diabolical! Hot sandwiches were like cardboard, latte was cold, staff were abysmal - bit welcoming at all and the entire place is disgusting and needs a good clean!

Most visits the service is slow. It's regular that there is one serving in the morning when I use it most. A queue is therefore common. The friendliness of the staff is a lottery. There are some who are very personable and those who just want you served and gone! No tea cakes!!!? Revisit on Sunday 24 May '26. Great staff, lots of friendly banter between them. Great atmosphere. See you in November '26

Convenient location, beautiful view of the city hall, atmosphere was calm,welcoming and service was spot on. I must highlight the good 80’s song played on the premises was a great plus!
