One day they will give customers the correct order and you might get lucky if you eat in and have a clean table but it is doubtful. If you place an itemised order do not bank on getting it, staff will not make fresh items tgey just pick off the bits customers request not to be included! If you have an allergy please do not go here. For your own health and safety please do not walk up the death trap staircase and attempt to use the bathrooms which are covered in toilet paper. Smell like a sewer and have a floor which is indescribably filthy.

McDonald's Dartford is probably the best one in the area. The food is always hot and consistent, which you can’t always say for every branch. The wait times can be a bit slow, but to be fair, it’s McDonald’s—they don’t exactly have a reputation for being speedy, especially when it’s busy. Overall though, it’s a reliable spot and one of the better-run locations around.

It seems that people who are not ordering food are asked to leave after about 15 minutes. Has the policy changed, or is this just for this branch? There were plenty of seats available at the time. McDonald's used to feel like a place that showed compassion to people who just needed somewhere to sit for a while. If this is the new policy, it feels like that human touch is disappearing.

My 10 year old come in earlier and the foreign woman was rude to him 😡 he had English Scottish money everywhere else takes it and refused it I believe she needs to understand this is England not her country she obviously dose not understand our money . I will be reporting her further to to her manager as clearly she’s rude nasty woman
