The staff at Costa's are friendly and hard working. I regularly go to the Caroline Street shop with a group of friends and always get great service. However, there are some serious issues with this establishment caused by the franchisee not being willing to spend any money on its upkeep. Ripped furniture, broken toilets and poor wi-fi are letting the place down. In addition, equipment that staff need to do their job is often breaking down including the app reader. During my last visit they'd run out of coffee at about 3pm. Apparently, the area manager for Costa is incapable of negotiating for
