The best coffee shop in the UK! We fell in love with Costa Coffee in Bury during our one-month stay and ended up visiting almost every day. The staff were always so welcoming and greeted us warmly each time. By the end, they even remembered our order, and it felt so nice to share smiles and quick chats with everyone. We’ll miss you all so much <3 The best staff <3

I’m absolutely obsessed with Costa and even got gift cards for Christmas the drinks are always perfect and the price isn’t steep the staff are almost always love lovely I love the inside and to sit down and eat especially with one of their toasties the only real problem is everytime I go the queue is almost always near or outside the door and but my solution was to just order collection on my Costa app as it’s easier for the staff as well

I ordered a mocha and honestly felt a bit disappointed. I wasn’t expecting it to look so rushed and carelessly made — there was no latte art or attention to presentation, and it just didn’t feel made with much care. The taste was okay, but overall not the experience I usually expect from Costa.
