It deserves a 2.5… My elderly guest had chosen Cote as he is a member of the chain and was excited for the perks. While paying, in spite of the staff being aware he was a member, I paid without realising it was an opportunity for him to get his membership card scanned. When we asked if we could redo the transaction, the manager said no and admitted it would be too hard for him, as he’d have to explain the transaction to head office. This says a lot about his care for customer experience. T

Started with the charcuterie the truffle sausage was a bit intense for me but everything else was lovely. I had the sirloin steak and fries, very nice, cooked perfectly, for pud I had the cheese plate, lovely selection of cheeses. To drink I had their non alcoholic spritz which was really nice and had free refils. All in all good experience, lovely setting, atmosphere was really good, very lively. Will definitly come back again
