Where do I begin? The sour dough bread I paid extra for was scorched, the entire dish wasn't even warm, and the egg wasn't cooked properly—it was nearly liquid. I'm really disappointed. The staff was the only positive aspect, but I came here for a full English, not for the staff, and this was disappointing at best. Given that the other reviewers' full English breakfasts appeared to be edible, I'm not sure why my food looked inedible. I bought slop for £14. Came to eat here for the first time yesterday. Glad to see there was such a varied menu and some healthier options and glad there was plenty of room for wheelchair access and there were plenty of staff clearing tables. I loved the falaffel - it was just delicious. I absolutely didn't mind the whole queuing business as you get to see the produce up close and it looks very well presented. My husband loved the brocoli salad he had with his wrap. Can't wait to go back.....
