Fantastic local cafe located at the entrance to Cheam Park with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff and great service with an excellent selection of fresh paninis, sandwiches and cakes as well as some great breakfast and lunch options including pizzas. Had a bacon and Brie panini and the bacon was crispy and delicious. Also had an Oreo brownie and a freshly made smoothy.

I've always gone to Cheam park caffè for his good coffee/products and affordable prices. Until last week when I paid £5.50 for an Iced Latte! I haven't paid this much even in central London! What is more is the quality of the coffee is not even the same as before. I fully support local businesses, and understand the raise in costs etc... But such an increase feels a bit disproportionate, for the quality and average prices in the area.
