The restaurant was very busy, which might explain the poor service—but it doesn’t excuse it. We were a group of 9 people and ordered two large mixed platters. One person then decided to order an extra ribs plate, so we wanted to change one of the large platters to a small one. However, the staff refused to make the change—even though it was only a minute after ordering and we hadn’t even finished placing the full order yet. The Platter: Great value and high quality meat. It was very indulgent sharing between two, but worth it! My friend especially loved the ribs. Starters: They were okay, but honestly could have been skipped to save room for the main. Dessert: The Tartufo Pistachio was delicious. The baklava was fine, but the Tartufo won the round. Drinks: The wine is good, however the special espresso martini was divine—highly recommend.

We always come here to eat whenever we are staying with my brother in law and it never disappoints. The food on offer is authentic and very good sized portions. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean. The balloon bread is absolutely amazing as well as the hummus. I always try to order a different main as I have never been disappointed by anything I have tried. I highly recommend eating here for anyone that has even a slight interest in authentic Turkish food.

We went to have Iftar there without booking previously but staff were so friendly and managed to give us a good location . The restaurant was quiet busy but the service was fast & great Food was delicious and good portions. We got exactly what we ordered . Staff kept checking on us if we need anything There isn’t enough parking space near the restaurant & bays where you are allowed to park for 1 hour only so we found Sainsbury’s opposite the restaurant / cross the road where you can park free for 3 hours
