I wish I could rate this half a star. We ordered from here just before closing, however that does not excuse what was delivered to us. We ordered two mighty bucket for 1, the chips weren’t in the packaging, thrown in the bag and not even half of the amount you’d expect for one person! We ordered 2 large gravy’s, got one large and one small, the box should’ve contained 2 hot wings, one did, the other didn’t. This order cost over £30. We would’ve preferred the order to be cancelled if they couldn’t be bothered. We aren’t the type of people to be picky or complain but this was an appalling excuse

Nothing fast about this fast food place! Always waiting for a long time in this store but at nearly 40 mins i think this was a record tonight, Signed of with a almost sarcastic "sorry for your wait" from the server. Food was good but customer service is poor and has been for a while at this store now

42 minutes waiting for boneless chicken. There was 14 delivery orders on the board and people in store were being ignored. Asked how long the wait was to be told "whenever we get to your order we are short staffed" Missed items from order, when going back to staff they actually claimed "well I didn't bag your order" which was a total lie as I watched her bag it up. This has happened before and I just thought it was a bad night but 100% wont recommend for anyone wanting "fast food"
