Great western road branch are the worst. Im always wary about ordering but stupidly I did today. I ordered a large mcchicken meal with a strawberry milkshake along with a portion of chicken nuggets and a ketchup dip. I can’t honestly with zero exaggeration say that the food was so cold it was in edible. My microwave is broken aswell so I couldn’t even heat it up. They didn’t bother sending the chicken nuggets or the ketchup dip. Also no straw for the milkshake. The whole thing came to over 17 and when I called up to complain I got the usual excuse which was to take it up with the just eat deli

Tried to order twice from uber eats 4am then 4:30am, both time order is not being given to rider as restaurant staff denied to prepare it. If your staff can't work then why don't you throw them out? And if you can't change this lazy staff, why don't you close the restaurant permanently? Whats the point of having 24 hours restaurant if you can't make the orders. This issue was not just for online delivery, even when I visited in night couple of times before, they didn't let us enter the restaurant saying it's closed.

Drinks showing up 3/4 full, paying full price for a half full drink is unacceptable. Tables are a total mess too nowhere to sit without having to clear a table myself.

I ordered a McMuffin and was served what appeared to be its unfortunate remains. Flattened, messy, and looking like someone had already taken a bite (or several). If this is the quality control being offered, it’s hard to justify coming back.
