This is a little 💎 amongst the ruff. Nero sits proudly on its own tower with a almost 360 degrees windows so being seated you feel high up. The seats are comfortable and clean. I have a latte ☕ and a cheese ham toasty and both were amazingly delicious. Thr staff are friendly and served with a good attitude and a smile 😊. There is soft music playing in the back ground so if you like a little Jazz then this is the place for you to come and experience Coffee Nero. I had a free drink from a third-party app and went in to get a regular cappuccino. The lovely lady at the coffee machine kindly explained that I could choose any size, so I went for a large cappuccino ☺️. It was absolutely delicious, and she was so polite and welcoming! The place is always clean and has beautiful views. Highly recommend stopping by for a coffee here with 👍 And I definitely suggest trying the cappuccino with tiramisu together a perfect match! 🍰☕

This cafe Nero is a real Coventry Gem, the staff absolutely bring this chain store to a whole new level, what a wonderful bunch of Friendly, accommodating girls! I can clearly see there is a passion for coffee within this lovely all female team!! Girl power! I have never had a bad drink from here!! I would like to shout out in particular the lovely girls Ankita, Megan, Mia. The dream team!! These girls always have a smile on their faces and are personable and full of light. I come here basically every week to use a £1 drink offer from a third party and I genuinely love this branch - makes me sad I don’t have one of their locations closer to home! I’m not sure of the staff members name but I’m often served by a lady with curly hair and gorgeous makeup!! She is a credit to your team, always super friendly, makes my drink with care and I always know I’m going to love my drink. I get coconut milk out of taste preference rather than an allergy, and I get dairy whipped cream on top but staff always double check with me about allergies which is reassuring! Great locati
