Went to this restaurant on 3rd Jan 25 around 17:00 order a chicken cheese crispy with a caramel latte. Chips were cold and stale and the burger had bacon and BBQ sauce instead of cheese. As I had gone through drive thru. Went and waited up ten mins in the queue. A member of staff had approached me which I explained. Received my replacement the chips were hot but extremely salty and mixed in with some stale chips. ( with a few fresh chips in on top of the stale ones. Caramel latte was over done with the syrup and all over the outside of the cup. Burger was cold. I took the lettuce out and pick

Just ordered a double sausage and egg mc'muffin, it arrived in seconds and was dry, the egg looked burnt. It made me think it was yesterday's leftovers warmed up, also at 6.30am I don't want to feel like I'm sat in a disco!!

I went into the drive through today and ordered my meal, 5 minutes before I had dropped my friend at the station, he had given me a leaking can from his bag, I asked the guy taking my order if he would mind just popping it in the bin. His reply. I haven’t got one here but they do at the next window. I arrived at the next window to pick up the order, I asked young lady if she would kindly put the can in her bin. Her reply I am not allowed to take rubbish, no pardon me if I’m wrong but I thought McDonald’s actively encouraged staff and customers to clean up litter,

Macon Way, Crewe was very clean and tidy. Food delivered quickly, table service, and was hot on arrival. Mc Donald's always taste the same and delivers as you expect at value for money price points. Thank you to the staff at Macon Way.
