Positives - Its Costa... You know what you're going to get and its the same for this store. - The staff are friendly. - Compared to last year there is currently no fly infestation. Negatives - The store is in a desperate need for a reference. I struggle to sit at the toilet end of the store because of the smell. The vinyl floor is splitting and bubbling in places. The upholstery on the seats is visibly dirty and could do with a deep clean.

Staff member was rude when asking for id and then when serving my acquaintance remained to be rude. I am not impressed with the customer service and I suggest this should be resolved. I have never had such rude customer service.
