david cole★★Went for a rare treat with the Wife, I ordered the half Lobster and when it arrived there was no meat worth eating, Could not remove any meat with a knife or fork it was hard and dryed up. the manager's comment was that what its meant to be like that. Only when a junior member of staff intervened was my meal sent back and replaced with a steak dinner which was a nice meal.The wife order a medium done fillet steak which was very under cooked. Its such a shame as we have eaten there before and the food is normally good. The table staff were very nice but the manager just tryed to fob us off. £32

We wait a lot for getting served (they were not that busy) and it took them 20 minutes to come so we could pay the bill.

We ordered the festive 3-course meal and the food was excellent. If the grilled salmon had a little more sauce and potato cubes it would have been perfect. The food came quickly. The staff provided excellent service, especially Sandra and Agnes.
