Food is great as usual, you’d never complain, it’s Burger King. Environment needs more effort to keep it clean, lot of tables not yet cleaned after used, food on floor around the table. Service, the only service you need and have is when you collect food at counter, and the colleague who keep the environment clean. Counter man is polite and nice.

If there was anything less than one star I would give that, staff impacts greatly on the customer experience, such a mismanagement, not just with us but with other four orders, missing items, order not complete, dirty tables and cold patty! On asking if anyone can correctly give us what we ordered, we were rudely told by the staff that they're very busy. In full honesty, McD is the craziest busy I have seen but here not at all busy, maybe increasing staffing level and train your staff for better costumers experience.

Worst Burger King i have EVER visited. Food was rubbish and the service, what service. Moody young guy when I complained about how long I had been waiting, telling me the milk was out, when it wasn't-very unprofessional, not that people in catering seemed bothered about what's acceptable or not. Won't be returning to this dive again.
