We were welcomed by the staff, and shown to a table promptly. Our drinks order was taken, and a side order of pigs in blankets done while we queued for the carvery deck. The chef was friendly & jolly, which was really nice to see. It looks like there were quite a few regular customers he recognised and took the time to speak with which is a nice touch. The chef gave good cuts of meat, and a couple of yorkies too. There was a good range of potatoes & fresh vegetables to ch
