I would have liked the breakfast service to start earlier (8am on a Sunday), but I had a nice evening meal there and found the staff to be helpful and approachable. It was located in a good spot for me and the taxi I ordered arrived quickly.

This is a very good pub with very good accommodation and a nice big car park This is an ideal pub as it's just off the A1 and if your visiting the Beamish Museum. All the staff are very Friendly and helpful and our room was nice and big and clean. We had two excellent meals on both evenings. We was looked after by Christine and nothing wasn't any trouble to make sure our stay was lovely . Also we thought our stay was good value for money. We will definitely be returning to the Ravensworth Arms on our next visit to Gateshead
