I recently visited this Costa Coffee branch and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, the service did not match the environment. Despite having no queue, I still experienced an unexpectedly long wait, and the staff didn’t appear particularly welcoming or attentive. What concerned me most was the situation with the toilet. I was told the toilet was shut because it is under maintenance. Saw something today that really rubbed me the wrong way. This young lady goes up to get served, and the worker, tall, skinny and blonde, just tells her something along the lines of, "I'm not serving you, get out." Just like that! Look, I don't know if they know eachother or not. Frankly, I don't care. You're on the clock, you keep it professional. You can't be talking to people like that in front of other customers. It looks terrible. Makes the whole place look bad. I was shocked, plain and simple. Not that hard to just act right.

We have a family joint account for years . My family and friends at work places go to costa and use my code to get me Beans (the points to get a free drink) I dont go costa much - only when i stack up free drinks. My mom, aunties, uncles, they go costa every morning and lunch so the account is getting so much points, since there is so much income coming into the costa business from the purchases my family makes. I wanted to praise a particular staff member named Eliza! Such a friendly lady and was working super hard making everyone’s drinks during a busy period in the shop while there was only her and a trainee. Had a very tasty cappuccino! :)
