Dr Keith Bound★★★★★I have eaten at four San Carlo restaurants many times over the years. Birmingham since it open in the 1990s, Leicester, Manchester and Bristol. However, I have always preferred Leicester as they consistently offer a luxury food experience with excellent customer care. My favorite dish in recent years as been the Tagliolini Lobster which has declined in portion size especially at Manchester and Birmingham where it is more like a starter than a main course. They have also changed the sause from tomatoe, brandy and cream to a lobster bisque across all restaurants which is unfortuneate because the
