Our local Nero always seems to be busy, the staff are always running around doing something! I visit weekly and they always make what I want in a timely manner. The only thing I would say (this is for the ones holding the purse strings and not the staff) is it seems like they made need more staff as sometimes they get behind on clearing up during busy spells and have had to close the fine in seats due to not having staff.

Great location, opposite Waitrose. Nice size shop, plenty of mixed seating for singles, couples and families. Contemporary feel and lots of natural daylight. Not a long queue or wait. Friendly staff.

The team are all very friendly and welcoming, and even though it's often busy (it's very popular) you can usually find somewhere to sit and enjoy the wonderful coffee. Their oat flat white is consistently delicious, and served at the perfect temperature.
