Dogs simply shouldn't be in indoor food establishments; it’s a major hygiene issue, not to mention a safety concern for small children, people with severe allergies, or those with cynophobia (fear of dogs). It can feel like some pet owners forget about public safety and cleanliness, so I’m incredibly grateful this staff member actually did his job.

It is always busy but we've never had a drink order wrong and I did go through a phase of making several customisations but it was correct every time! Service was a bit slower yesterday than usual but I'm always happy to wait for a quality drink. Staff are friendly and tables are cleared fairly quickly. Toilets always nice and clean!
