Huge thank you to the Starbucks team at, specifically the employee who politely but firmly handled a customer bringing a dog inside today. ​Dogs simply shouldn't be in indoor food establishments; it’s a major hygiene issue, not to mention a safety concern for small children, people with severe allergies, or those with cynophobia (fear of dogs). It can feel like some pet owners forget about public safety and cleanliness, so I’m incredibly grateful this staff member actually did his job.

This is one of our favourite stores, on par with Johnstone. It is always busy but we've never had a drink order wrong and I did go through a phase of making several customisations but it was correct every time! Service was a bit slower yesterday than usual but I'm always happy to wait for a quality drink. Staff are friendly and tables are cleared fairly quickly. Toilets always nice and clean!

Hannah was a star today. I had spilled my almond cappuccino onto our table and ruined my chicken wrap as well as lost a whole cup of coffee. Hannah cleaned it up quickly, made sure we were okay and replaced the items. We will definitely be back. Thanks Hannah! ⭐️

Sat with a coffee and a croissant whilst waiting for my car to be serviced. Staff were helpful, very pleasant and it was a nice place to wait for a couple of hours on a dreary morning. Started to get busy as I left, but plenty seats available on the morning of the Bank Holiday
