Always a pleasure coming in here on a daily basis, the staff are always pleasant and get the coffees out as quick as possible I've lived in la for over a year now and not had any issues at all Does take longer when busy but what food/drink outlet doesn't Keep up the good work guys

Refurbishment has been completed and it now looks light, airy and modern inside. Regular staff extremely friendly and helpful, although service was a bit slow today but that was due to training new staff members, so to be expected. Coffee always great and good selection of cakes and snacks. We have now become daily visitors for our coffee.

Can be good, but staff are sometimes not very attentive, concentrating more on moaning about things rather the providing good customer service. Tables not cleared or cleaned too often. Could be down to staffing shortages. I do like Costa’s coffee though, and their Bakewell Tarts!
