The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening meal. However, the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress was noticeably rude and unwelcoming from the moment we were seated. It was as if she just wanted her job over and done with as soon as possible. Her overall attitude made the experience less pleasant than it could have been. It’s unfortunate, because the quality of the food deserves better service to match it. During booking i had put in

I stood at the wait to be seated sign by the bar and a man who I can only assume was the owner/manager was chatting to some customers, he looked at me, ignored me and continued his conversation which I considered quite rude, I waited a few more minutes again odd considering there appeared to be almost as many staff as customers when I arrived but anyway, I was seated and given a menu.
