Always go in here for a hot chocolate with cream to go and I have had lots of black coffee from here too. I'm very picky with black coffee never ever get it from coffee shops because it doesn't taste nice at all always has grains at the bottom can always taste that it's machine made but the one from Costa tastes amazing made with care. The girls in there are always nice to me too really cheerful (apart from a girl with brown hair who came across as if she didn't want to be there last time but she might've been ill) always love Costa and not to forget their too good to go bags are really good c

Called in here this lunchtime. What a sad, drab, dark place it is now. Disorganised seating downstairs, with a sizeable proportion of space unavailable. Upstairs was little better. Window condensation, and dirty tables with used trays left haphazardly with nowhere to stack them. Basically unloved and more staff needed.
