I popped into the cake box after walking past one evening after work. There was a decent selection of cake slices available. I had a ferrero rocher cake and chose a Malteaser one for my wife. The shop was quiet (just before closing time) so service was quick and friendly. The size of the slices were decent for the price and we both enjoyed our cakes. Our only negative is that we were a little disappointed with the style ie that these cakes were quite light and mainly filled with cream which is not my favourite.

The absolute best place for egg free cakes; I’ve been coming here for years now, and with their franchise stores all over the country, it’s definitely a spot worth visiting. Had a lovely chat with the server, who was really friendly and happy to talk about their day to day operations. The service felt welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.
