I visited The Alchemist Nottingham with my partner, a friend, and her partner, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We usually enjoy The Alchemist for its vibe, but this visit was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The service was awful. We were left waiting ages just for someone to come and take our order, and when the food finally arrived it was lukewarm. We weren’t offered any condiments or asked if we wanted more drinks, and had to leave our table to track someone down just to get some sauce. The food itself was shocking. I ordered a steak which

Sarah was an excellent server. The environment and atmosphere was incredible… very unique.. the little details like “the bill in a little jar” that kinda screamed “Alchemy” was really cool. One of my favourite restaurant experiences to date I think.
